International (Outside of U.S.) & Direct Return Kit Shipping

Save even more money by skipping the Return Kit order.
Simply send 5-10 empty pens to the address below while following the same guidelines for Return Kit shipping. In your package you must include a Prepaid Return Label. Once we receive your package and verify pen your donation we will use the return label to send back your very own SLIN-PEN.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Collect 5 – 10 Empty Pens

Preferred pens are the blue/orange brand however any empty diabetic pen you have is fine!

Disassemble pens and properly dispose of components not eligible for shipment (see video below for components to include and NOT include in the shipment)

Step 2: Package Your Donation

Place your donated items into a 6”x10” padded shipping envelope, this will fit up to 10 pens.

  • Secure all contents to prevent damage during transit.

  • Do not overfill the package.

  • Do not seal package until Step 4 is completed.

Step 3: Purchase an Outbound Shipping Label

Purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and attach it to the outside of your package.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your donation.

Step 4: Purchase a Prepaid Return Shipping Label

Before sending your package, purchase a prepaid return shipping label for the finished product delivery.

The return label should:

  • Be addressed from our address back to your shipping address.

  • Be prepaid and ready to use.

  • Match the size and weight of the original outbound shipment.

  • Be printed clearly and included inside your package (do not attach it to the outside).

This label will be used to ship your completed product back to you after processing.

Step 5: Seal Your Package

Ensure all pens are included (excluding components not eligible for shipment), along with a prepaid return shipping label and verify all shipping addresses are correct.

Step 6: Ship Your Package

Drop off your package with the shipping carrier associated with your outbound shipping label.

We recommend saving your tracking number until your order has been completed.

Step 7: We Process Your Donation

Once your package arrives, we will:

  • Inspect the contents.

  • Prepare your SLIN-PEN.

Step 8: We Ship Your SLIN-PEN Back

After your package is verified, we will use the prepaid return shipping label you provided to send you a pen.

You will receive your finished product at the return address listed on the prepaid label.

Important:

  • You must send at least 5 empty pens to qualify.

  • You must not include any parts identified as not eligible for shipment.

  • You must include a prepaid return shipping label.

Pen disassembly may vary from brand to brand. The important part is that the medicine catridge is removed and the plunger screw is removed or cut so it is not usable.
